By accessing or using The New Beautiful Me (“the Service”), operated by Cody Jo Eflin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The New Beautiful Me is an AI-powered tarot reading application designed for entertainment and self-reflection. The Service offers tarot card draws, AI-generated interpretations, journaling, daily card pulls, custom spreads, and related features.

Interpretations and insights provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence (currently Claude by Anthropic). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is provided for reflection and entertainment only and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

The operator does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated interpretation. You use AI features at your own discretion.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you create within the Service (journal entries, custom spreads, notes) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

The Service is currently offered free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, the following terms will apply:

• Paid subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.

We will provide notice before any pricing changes take effect.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The operator does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your account through the settings page, which will remove your personal data from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
